‘Yellowstone’ Season 5 Part 2 to Air on CBS After Paramount Network Debut: Here’s How to Watch
CBS has roped in a bonus broadcast airing of the the long-awaited “Yellowstone” return. The Eye network will air the premiere of Season 5’s part 2 — the show’s first original episode in nearly two years — on Sunday, Nov. 10 at 10 p.m. ET.
That reps a quick secondary broadcast window for the episode, which premieres on the Paramount Network earlier that evening at 8 p.m. ET. The CBS airing will preempt that night’s originally scheduled episode of “The Equalizer,” and will air following an episode of CBS’ hit “Tracker.”
In other parts of the globe, “Yellowstone” returns on Paramount+ in Canada on Nov. 10 and in the U.K. on Nov. 11. The show will be back on Paramount+ in Latin America, Brazil and France at a later date.
CBS viewers are no strangers to “Yellowstone,” of course, as the Eye network has previously aired repeats episodes from the hit series’ first three seasons.
The second half of Season 5 will consist of six episodes on Paramount Network; the eight-episode first half of Season 5 aired from November 2022 to January 2023. The series, created by Taylor Sheridan, first launched in 2018.
“Yellowstone,” from MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, was originally slated to wrap after this final batch of episodes. But as reported in August, the Western mega-hit may return for Season 6, with Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser in talks for top billing.
Reilly plays Bethany “Beth” Dutton, the daughter of Kevin Costner’s John Dutton III. Hauser plays Rip Wheeler, Beth’s wife and an employee and “fixer” of Dutton Ranch.
Sheridan and John Linson are behind “Yellowstone,” which is exec produced by John Linson, Art Linson, Taylor Sheridan, Kevin Costner, David C. Glasser, Bob Yari, Stephen Kay, Michael Friedman, Christina Voros and Keith Cox. The series is distributed by Paramount Global Content Distribution.
