Audrey and Jeremy also invested a fortune in renovating a property they purchased in Bend, Oregon.
At first, LPBW fans thought that they would move there. But the couple soon announced their plans to convert it into a rental and named it “Springriver Cabin.” It seems like their business has been at risk. Audrey let the audience know in a shocking post.
On Instagram, Audrey shared a story about how her rental cabin might be prone to fire. That’s because a massive fire has been happening in central Oregon.
The LPBW star mentioned that her house was as much as 1000 ft. away from the evacuation zone. So, she was hoping for rain to diffuse the situation. Viewers also expressed concerns for the same.

As per the public records, Audrey and Jeremy ended up buying a property in Bend, Oregon, for $750,000 last year.
The LPBW stars had teased that a big project was coming up. They left the fans to guess what it was.
Later, the couple excitedly announced the plans to renovate the same to make it more habitable for a holiday rental. As per Redfin, the house is currently priced at $900K.
After spending lots of time and money on not just buying the property, they also spent a fortune on raw materials and other items.
As per some reports, Jeremy and Audrey had spent as much as over a million bucks on the entire project. So, if the cabin gets caught in the wrath of the wildfire, the couple will indeed face a heavy loss.
So far, Audrey has not yet given an update about the cabin after announcing the news about the fires in Central Oregon.
