Little People, Big World: Audrey Roloff & Jeremy Roloff Struggle with Balance
Audrey Roloff and Jeremy Roloff became a family of six back in May. They welcomed their fourth child, Mirabella Roloff. At the time, they had four kids under the age of seven. So, they had a lot of adjusting to do to keep up with their growing family.
The Little People, Big World reality stars recently spoke about adjusting to being a family of six. He reveals that the biggest adjustment has been realizing how bad their work-life balance is. He feels they had a good rhythm with three kids. But, adding another one meant that there was not “ten minutes of somebody needing something” from them.
Jeremy and Audrey can’t work all day. He explains that they have to wake up and decide who’s going to work and who’s going to take care of the kids. So, he feels the adjustment to having four kids has been a lot.
Jeremy believes that structure is very important. So, he and his wife are trying to “rebuild a framework” that will let them work and raise their four children. At the moment, he feels everything in their lives clashes. There is no time set aside to do certain tasks.
Audrey & Jeremy’s Fourth Is an Easy Baby
Audrey reveals that she prayed that Mirabella would be a good sleeper. So, having a baby who sleeps well has been a game-changer for her. She also explains that this time around, she has had the most energy she has ever had postpartum.
The Little People, Big World former castmate feels that having a baby before summer was helpful in dealing with four kids. She explains that her kids were able to go outside and play. They weren’t stuck inside, and she didn’t have to come up with activities for them to do. The mess was made outside, and she didn’t have to clean up every night with a newborn.
However, Audrey admits that transitioning from two to three kids was “wilder” than transitioning from three to four. She feels that her and Jeremy’s life was already chaotic, so adding another one was nothing. She also feels Mirabella is an easy baby, so that helps.
Little People, Big World Couple Go on Babymoon
Audrey Roloff and Jeremy Roloff share that they went on a babymoon before the arrival of their newest addition. They felt like a lot was going on in their lives. They were living with her parents, renovating their home, and dealing with the pending due date of their fourth child. So, they left their three kids for a few days to reconnect as a couple.
The Little People, Big World couple knew the timing wasn’t good. But it was beneficial for them. Will Audrey and Jeremy take their four kids next time?
